After a lot of prep work over the summer, we’re proud to show off our new website and new location. It’s taken a fair bit of sweat to get here with a few tears along the way, but everything is now complete and we can now show you how we’re serving the East Midlands with event hire, exhibition furniture and catering equipment hire in 2019.
The biggest change is we have moved from our old base in Leicester. While Leicester is a great city, we felt that we were not serving our customers in Derby or Nottingham quite as well as we could be and we’ve shifted location to near East Midlands Airport. This means that many more people will now fall within our £20 delivery radius – that’s got to be good, right?
If you would like to know how much delivery will cost then you can use our cool new widget on the home page. Simply enter your delivery postcode into the box provided and the clever widget will tell you what our standard delivery charge will be. This is part of our commitment to being up front and honest with our pricing so that you can see how much hire will cost without having to wait for quotes.
We’ve also introduced a “Premium Delivery” option in the checkout. This costs £50 and ensures that a delivery van will have two people to deliver and collect your hire equipment. This is useful if you know that you don’t have anyone to help our driver when he arrives and you want a quick drop-off or pick-up, and is especially helpful when we are delivering heavy items.

Not content with the stress of moving or updating our website, we also looked at our products available this summer to see how we could better serve our customers in the East Midlands. One of the things we’ve noticed is just how many more events we are delivering to and with this in mind we’ve both increased the number of event hire products we have available along with our quantities of stock to ensure we can serve even more customers with what they need.
